职位1：Linux Development Engineer for Embedded System
Position Description: This position will be responsible for the upgrading/maintenance and integration of Bootloader, Linux kernel and related device drivers to the latest version in the opensource community on Freescale released Linux BSP.
Required Skills: -
Minimum of 2 years of embedded systems programming using Linux or UNIX operating systems -
Strong knowledge in embedded system programming, Linux/Unix operating system kernel, device driver, flat device tree and toolchain. -
Strong program skills in C/C++, Assembly language. Wide knowledge on Linux shell program, Git setup and management. -
Familiar with the coding style and standard of the Linux opensource community. -
Familiar with ColdFire architecture. Familiar with i.MX (ARM) or PowerPC is preferred. -
Experience of low level Linux driver development.
Familiar with one or more of the following: USB, PCI, PCI-Express, DDR/DDR2, NAND/NOR Flash, MMU, interrupt controllers, Ethernet, SD/MMC, AC97, LCD. -
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good teamwork adaptability, good oral and written English skills, self-motivated.
职位2：Linux C/C++ Software Engineer
Job Description Responsible for software development of an embedded platform and applications for Motorola subscriber products, primarily focus on implementation of application software development, device drivers, etc.
Qualification -
BS degree or above in computer science or related engineering fields. -
Strong software development skill and experience in OOA&D (be familiar with the typical design patterns and MVC) -
Strong knowledge in C/C++, Java and GUI programming skill. Knowledge of OO. -
In-depth understanding and experience with SVG programming; -
Solid understating of scripting languages, preferably JavaScript, such as Python, Ruby, etc. -
Familiar with XML and associated technologies (CSS, Schema, DOM). -
Solid understanding of software fundamentals, including multithreading, remote procedure calls, memory management, and compilation/optimization. -
Good programming/software engineering awareness and enjoy technical challenges; -
Development experience on Linux operating system. -
Very good problem solving and debugging skills. -
Proficiency in written and oral English. -
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good team spirit and adaptability.

Profound knowledge, understanding and practice in embedded software system -

onnected to the development community through forums, blogs, user groups, etc. -
Eclipse, gdb/ddd, and Linux debugging tools -
Configuration & change management tools (ClearCase, ClearDDTS, Bugzilla, etc.) -
Experience on an international project and interaction with international staffs -
Basic understanding on software engineering process/procedure and CMM/CMMI philosophy -
Knowledge of Ajax, XAML, Flash, and other Rich Internet Applications experience is a plus. -
Knowledge of layout tools and engines and toolkits such as XUL, Gecko, KHTML, Qt./KDE, or GTK/Gnome
